Two Paddocks Central Otago Pinot Noir 2018
This wine starts off with blackcurrant and plum fruit aromas with spicy aromatics following through to a textured mouthfeel with forest floor notes coming through nicely. Can definitely drink now but even better if laid down for a couple of years.
Meats and cheeses are a lovely combination for this wine. Personally I wouldn't put this up against anything too hearty but roasts would go nicely as well.
