Tasting Note

The Reserve Marlborough Pinot Noir displays lovely bright mulberry and dark cherry fruit notes combined with attractive forest floor, herbal and savoury elements. Fleshy berry fruits and spicy oak nuances are to the fore on the full, rich palate. Elegant silky tannins balance the generous fruit flavours and meld seamlessly together to a smooth, elegant finish. Careful cellaring will be rewarded over the next 3-5 years.

Enjoy with Grilled Venison Medallions and Mushroom and Tomato Bordelaise sauce or a Beetroot and Goats Cheese Tart.
