Tasting Note

We start with aromas of red cherry, pomegranate and sweet tobacco which continue on the palate and supported by flavours of assorted berries, plum and subtle toasty notes. Great complexity and a good rounded body which gives this wine the ability to stand up to most dishes. A lovely long finish which lingers until you dive in again. 

Food Recommendations

Roast four-rib of beef and bacon wrapped stuffed dates are a must. Have them all together if you like!
