Tasting Note

Aromas of white flower and yellow apple are with hints of slate minerality. Bright flavours of peach and yellow apple fill the mouth while a persistent lemon note lingers. Lovely vanilla and butter notes come through to bring a structured and beautiful wine together.

Delicious with fish dishes such as Turbot or Dover Sole with parsley beurre blanc and a medley of green vegetables.
