Tasting Note

It is lively, fresh and crystal-clear, a glistening pale pistachio green and lemon yellow colour with nice intensity. A frank, fresh, clean bouquet, with fine fruit and floral aromas : spring flowers, lime blossom, lime, lemon balm and white peach, and a light mineral touch so characteristic of this grape with its strong personality. The wine is easy to enjoy, dry, fresh, lively and refreshing, with good consistency and a tasty, aromatic fruit finish. A wine of character, with appreciable class and temperament.
