Domaine Thibert-Miranda Pouilly Fuisse Long Poil 2020

Tasting Note 

This Pouilly-Fuisse is Ygor (winemakers) pride and joy. It has all of the elements to be a 1er Cru (when it eventually gets it). This is a powerhouse of a wine and will age extremely gracefully. It is lively and fruit forward when drinking young and once opened after 5 years the vanilla and oaky notes really start to come through. The fruit is powerful so does not dwindle in the distance. Rather creating a beautiful mix with the vanilla. 

Food Recommendations

Honestly just drink it by itself! No okay... cheese soufflés, rich creamy dishes and this wine will sing.
