Tasting Note

Subtle and elegant this Pouilly-Fuisse has every characteristic to give you a proper understanding of what these wines should taste like. Well-rounded and full-bodied, this wine has perfect balance and acidity. Stone fruits and citrus are the principal fruits as well as some very nice oaky notes, which has helped this age majestically. 

2016 was a tough vintage and many white burgundy growers suffered. This wine has extremely little quantity and therefore the quality is exceptional. Buy now and drink or cellar for a couple of years.

Food Recommendations

This would go perfectly with crustaceans, grilled fish or white meat. Creamy pasta dishes as well!
