Tasting Notes

This is a very delicate and charming wine which has the richness and the complexity that is typical of the Rhône Valley crus. It has strong aromas of cherries and blackcurrants. Very good to drink now but can age for a few years.

Very nice with stews and casseroles as well as rich tomato pasta dishes.
