Tasting T2.17 Portuguese Blends from Alentejo & Douro

This tasting was one of intrigue more than anything else. As I am sure you are all aware Portugal is famous for its Port. However, it also makes many extremely good white and red wines. Generally speaking most white and red wines are blends. We are going to be focusing on red wines from the regions of Alentejo and Douro if that was not clear from the title! We have 6 wines here, 4 from Chile and 2 from Argentina. Both countries are extremely well-known now for producing both affordable and extremely good...

Restaurant & Wine #1

So… another different set of articles. I just keep bringing up new and different things to wow you with (I hope)! As I mentioned in the last article, these articles are going to be focusing on certain restaurants that I think are definitely worth your time. These restaurants may not be close to you, sometimes they will be but if you’re ever in their respective part of the world I personally think they are worth your time. These articles will also focus on the wine that we choose with our meal of course. The first restaurant that we will be...
