Vina Morande Casablanca Valley Vigno 2009
Morande was on of the 12 founder wineries of the 'Vigno Project'. Perfect balance, intense tannins, refreshing acidity and extravagant elegance. Morandé Vigno is a blending of Carignan, Syrah and Chardonnay, from old vines, bush planted in the coastal drylands of the Maule Valley.
Carignan 70% / Syrah 17% / Chardonnay 4%.
Beef with bacon, beef tartar, rabbit casserole, Asturian fabada (beef and bacon soup), small game and spit-roasted lamb.
