The wine has a lovely aroma of cherry, rhubarb and beets which then translate onto the palate with flavours of red plum, cranberry and raspberry. A gorgeous Pinot Noir that has been crafted expertly with a vigorous complexity that will leave you wanting more and more.

Cheeses are a good pair (definitely Gruyere!) and a simple grilled chicken or fish is sublime with this wine.
