Tasting Note

On first sniff we have a great intense aromatic smell typical of Sauvignon Blanc, this is then accompanied with citrus fruits when delving in deeper with the wine. These same fruits are then very much brought to the forefront when the wine hits the palate. A delicious finish rounds off a great Menetou Salon.

Soft easy eating cheeses and of course fish of any kind are a great match.
