Tasting Note

At first there is an intense floral aroma with honey and exotic fruits, on the palate we move forward with peaches and pears mixed in with some guava on a very smooth body. Minerality then coming through towards the end with the light acidity creating a very balanced finish. 

Food Recommendations

White meats and fish with pasta and rice are a great pairing.
